Rich has replatformed to the EXTRA 300L, but the Marchetti will still be available for airshows under new management starting in 2024 with a new owner: John Blase. Like Rich, John is a former U-2 Pilot and a total professional. Rich may still be available to fly select shows.

The MARCHETTI SF.260 WARRIOR
Italian, Sexy and Fast! A bona fide Warbird and one of the finest aircraft ever built, the Siai Marchetti SF.260 is fully aerobatic, yet it has 2+2 seating for outstanding media and sponsor flights. And since the Marchetti is fully IFR (i.e. capable of instrument flight in bad weather), Rich can get the Marchetti to your airshow, when other performers may be stuck enroute due to weather. Mako is the only Marchetti flying airshows in North America, and Rich flies it like no one else has ever flown it. He hits show center at almost 300 mph on the 500 foot showline! Up close and FAST! Rich will fly the biggest loops and tallest verticals of any recip in your show. With a terrific smoke system, Mako is really easy to see, and Rich keeps it in front of the crowds, guiding the Marchetti through a very jet-like acro routine that is always a crowd pleaser.
It’s our job to make your job easy. Just tell us when and where to fly. The performer and the Marchetti are self supporting at your show. No special equipment or fuel, just one or two hotel rooms, a rental car, 10 gallons of 100LL and 7 gallons of smoke oil per performance. That’s pretty much all we need.
The performer is also available for video interviews, sound bites, etc. even before he arrives. And he will definitely work the crowd, sign autographs, give interviews, rides, hang with your VIP’s, whatever you need to help make your show the best.
